We negotiate and work with thousands of suppliers to deliver the best products to our facilities that meet or exceed our specific standards. Suppliers are evaluated based on criteria including financial stability, delivery performance, product performance, industry wide reputation, responsiveness in solving problems, and other important components. New suppliers are typically given consideration only when there is a need for a new bid or contract on a particular product or service. Thus, please note that contact with our company does not always result in a contract.   It is important that you understand some of the key elements that are fundamental to us in developing agreements with suppliers.
