Supplier Registration Form

If you are not currently a PRS approved supplier and would like to become a qualified supplier, please enter information about your company in the registration form below.

Please provide as much information about your company as possible to enable us to process your request quickly. You will be contacted by a PRS Supply Management representative. Please send any additional brochures and materials to purchasing@retirement.org. We will only process applications that are submitted through this registration form. Other applications via mail or email will not be accepted. Thank you.
