Establishing Supplier Relationships

Before we establish relationships with new suppliers, PRS Supply Management requires all suppliers and service providers seeking new or continuing existing business opportunities to complete a Supplier Registration Form for pre-qualification.   The new supplier registration process is divided into four simple steps.

Supplier Registration Process

During the first step, a profile of your company will be developed. Subsequent steps require product/services information to be entered. Step two provides you with an opportunity to send us any marketing and/or collateral materials about your company. Diversity and ethnicity information along with diversity certification profile should be included, as applicable. Finally, an account will be established if PRS Purchasing approves you as a vendor.

Attention Suppliers ! Please do not solicit directly with our retirement communities or other senior services organizations in the PRS family. Repeated soliciting attempts will disqualify you as an approved vendor with PRS Purchasing.

Step 1:
Register online by filling out the Registration Form.  

Step 2:
E-mail or mail marketing materials about your company. Marketing and collateral materials may be e-mailed to purchasing@retirement.org , or printed copies of materials may be mailed to the following address:

Step 3:
We will evaluate and review all the information you have submitted.

Step 4:
We will contact you. We will contact you for any future Request for Proposal bids to service the needs of PRS and its family of organizations as opportunities become available in your product/service area.   Completing the Supplier Registration Form will:  
 

	Provide an updated record of your company in our database.
	Provide an updated record of your company's certification status (for diversity suppliers).
	Support our efforts to identify suppliers and customers as possible resources.
	Expedite the review of your company's product/services and capabilities.

Note: Completing the registration process does not constitute an automatic supplier relationship with PRS or any of its affiliated or managed organizations.
